Use Of The Service
SustainPro AI helps with sustainability evidence review, carbon calculations, source-grounded answers, and proof voucher preparation. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs before business, regulatory, assurance, or legal use.
No Final Legal Or Assurance Opinion
Unless separately agreed in writing, outputs are not legal advice, audit assurance, regulator approval, or a substitute for qualified professional review.
Evidence And Calculations
The product is designed to cite sources and use calculator traces for emissions math. If evidence is missing, the expected behavior is to refuse or ask for the missing input.
Service Availability
Features and availability may change as the service evolves. SustainPro may suspend access when needed to protect users, data integrity, or platform security.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Plans And Limits
Access may be subject to usage limits based on your plan tier (free, pilot, or paid). If you exceed a soft limit, features may be restricted until the next billing period or until upgraded. Current limits are disclosed in your account settings.
