SustainPro protects sustainability records through controlled access, organisation boundaries, and verifiable evidence integrity.

Access control

Authenticated access and role-based permissions protect organisation workspaces and controlled actions.

Records and workflow commands are bound to the caller’s organisation and checked on the server.

Uploaded evidence is fingerprinted for traceability. Sealed records are write-once and changes produce a different fingerprint.

Public verification exposes only the fields needed to check a seal; private source files are not published.

Emissions calculations use versioned factor records and preserve factor and methodology provenance.

Sensitive routes use request limits, security headers, and fail-closed behavior when authority or required data cannot be proven.
