SustainPro AI is built for UAE sustainability work where evidence, files, and calculation records can be commercially sensitive.
What We Process
The app may process account email, questions, uploaded PDF metadata, SHA256 hashes, generated answers, calculator traces, retrieved source references, and proof voucher records.
Uploaded Files
Uploaded files may be processed to extract relevant data and create integrity fingerprints. Public verification pages expose only safe verification fields, not private raw file contents.
Grounded Answers
Questions may be processed by retrieval, calculation, and answer-generation services to produce source-grounded responses. Access controls and data-handling rules apply throughout that process.
Data Rights
Contact SustainPro to request access, export, correction, or deletion review. Sealed or revoked evidence records may be retained where required to preserve audit integrity and an accurate history.
Data Residency
Database and authentication services are hosted on Supabase (region: Asia-Pacific Southeast 2 — Sydney, Australia). Application delivery uses Vercel's global edge network. RAG retrieval services run on RunPod infrastructure. Data may be processed in these locations.
Sub-Processors
SustainPro uses the following sub-processors: Supabase Inc. (database, auth, storage), Vercel Inc. (hosting, edge delivery), RunPod Inc. (GPU compute for RAG retrieval), and AI model providers (for answer generation and document analysis). This list may be updated; material changes will be communicated.
